Reservation Process:

Early Bird Participants can reserve their early bird place, by placing the £10 holding token into the Kat B donation box, at Kat-B.com, you will hold your early bird space until December 14th 2025.  This amount will be deducted from the Early Bird Offer on booking completion or gifted back as a Kat B gift voucher or discount code that can be used on any Kat-B service, for people who don’t complete the full booking in time or payment in full if they book in at a later date.

The Early Bird Cost is £895  This is available until 14th December 2025.
The Full Price Cost is £995 available there after.
Full price booking closes on 31st March 2026.   No further bookings will be taken at this point.  Payment can be made online in full or in monthly instalments via a payment plan/link, at an extra charge of £40 for administration costs.  Payments will be divided into 5 monthly installments of £199 a month. Unfortunately we are unable to offer cancellation or a refund policy at this time.   If however you find someone to take you place, or we have someone on the waiting list that is available to take your place, we are happy to transfer you in for a £40 transfer fee.  They will be able to compensate you directly.  At present there is a lot of interest but obviously, this can fluctuate as we get closer to the event and flight and transport costs increase with demand.  Any refunds may be less the paypal/stripe fees, if these provider policies do not enable refund.

Please take out travel insurance to cover any emergencies, accommodation or transport cancellations. 

Health and Safety – Please ensure that you disclose to us any pre-existing health conditions that may affect your participation at the effect on the booking form attached. Please seek medical advice if you are unsure about your ability to participate.  You will be required to inform us about any health conditions in advance that may require additional support or could impact you during the retreat, so that we can support you appropriately.  

It goes without saying that “The Gift”  is a spiritual healing retreat.  As such, we have the expectation that all our guests will act in a respectful way to hosts, staff and to one another.   Respectful behaviour towards other participants and staff and retreaters, helps foster a supportive community based on love and care.  Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and anyone found to be disrespectful or disruptive to the event, house, grounds, participates, hosts and staff will be asked to leave.  No refunds will be given due to dismissal due to disruption.  We therefore ask for your support in cultivating a beautiful loving and caring retreat.

All participants are responsible for their belongings and that the retreat organisers are not liable for any lost or damaged items.  

While Mabledon is a private property and parking staff/security will be in attendance at the retreat, there are always unexpected situations that arise, that are outside of our control or awareness.  Mabledon house, the retreat organisers and event staff/host cannot be held liable or responsible for any issues that arise due to theft, loss or damage to vehicles, or other modes of transportation or belongs held in vehicles parked at the retreat.  To our knowledge it is a very safe space, but please understand that we specify this to cover any criminal intent or unknown elements that is out of our control or awareness at this time.  

Assumption of Risk: Although we have not encountered any issues on previous retreats, any participants participating in the Kat B The Gift retreat must acknowledge the inherent risks associated with mind, body, spirit activities (e.g., yoga, meditation) and agree to participate at their own risk.  

The organisers of the Kat B event are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by participants during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence.

We reserve the right to cancel or change the retreat schedule or retreat venue due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health pandemics).

The event will be insured for natural disasters, health pandemics and terrorist events.  Insurance policy procedures will apply and waiting lists and refunds will be inline with these policy details.  Should any issues arise, we will share with you are policies, procedures and the emergency protocols, with updates and timelines.

We reserve the right to change the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., If a therapist or teacher becomes unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will detail to you changes to you at the earliest opportunity available, in writing, so that you are made aware of them.)

Participants may be photographed or recorded during the retreat for marketing or social purposes and that these images may be used for promotional purposes unless participants opt out in writing.  We frequently set up photo sharing apps so that we can have access to retreat photos and shares, which have proven to be much loved, when it comes to event memories.

We will be complying with UK data protection laws (GDPR) regarding the collection, storage, and use of personal information. Details of my policy can be found on my website.  Kat-B.com

The retreat aims to create a respect and inclusive retreat.  We will be aiming to cultivate a non-discriminatory environment where all participants feel safe and respected.   In the unlikely event that you do experience any issues however, please contact event organisers immediately so the matter can be addressed and resolved quickly.   

All therapists and staff will be background checked and therapists will be required to have personal liability insurance in place for the event.  Though we would hope that these checks are sufficient to prevent any issues arising, in the unlikely event that they still do, information should be detailed to the events organisers at the earliest opportunity.   Any issues concerning ground staff, chefs, house logistics, therapists should be reported to Rebecca Charlton or Prerna Saraff.  Any issues concerning spiritual events or mediums, to Kat B.

A fire and health and safety procedure briefing will be provided at the retreat.

Unforeseeable Events: We will be taking out insurance on Mabledon, should any natural disaster or unforeseen event occur that prevents us from hosting the event as an extra safeguard. The Insurance policy procedures and time scales will apply, we will keep you informed in the event of an incident.  We will not be able to cover paypal fees/stripe fees, which will be nonrefundable. 

Accommodation and transport are not the responsibility of this Kat B event and will need to be covered by your own travel insurance.

We ask all retreaters to honour and respect the space.  Mabledon is a country house in varying states of repair and we make no excuse for it’s authentic charm.  It goes without saying that old house and grounds, can generate unforeseen challenges at times which are out of our control.  The logistic and operations team at Mabledon will work to resolve any issues that get presented in a timely fashion but if issues are too big or out of our control,  we will notify you of what steps need to be taken.  We reserve the right to move venue or perform emergency maintenance at any point, in response to any issues but we will try to limit disruption as best we can to the retreat.  Any ground or house issues, should be reported immediately to Rebecca Charlton and Prerna Saraff and logged in the house/retreat log book.

Grievance Procedure: In the unlikely event that you need to raise a grievance, please make grievances known to event organisers immediately and privately, so that we can work to resolve any issues, complaints or disputes amicably to resolution in a timely manner.   

Any grievances that remain unresolved need to be placed in writing to Kat-B.com at hello@Kat-B.com within 2 weeks of the event.  Any notification after this period, will not be considered, honoured or reviewed.  Timely notification is therefore essential.

Practical Matters

Closest Airport: Heathrow Airport

To get to Mabledon House in Tonbridge, Kent, from Heathrow Airport, you have a few options depending on your preference for convenience, cost, and travel time. Here are the most common methods of transportation.

You can rent a car at Heathrow Airport.
The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic..

  1. You can book a taxi or use a ride-sharing service like Uber.
  2. This option may be more expensive but is the most convenient if you have luggage.
  3. Expect the journey to take about 1.5 to 2 hours
  1. Take the M25 motorway from Heathrow.
  2. Follow signs for the M25 heading towards Dartford.
  3. Continue on the M25 to Junction 5 and take the exit towards the A21.
  4. Follow A21 toward Tonbridge.
  5. Mabledon House is located near Tonbridge

Train:

  1. Take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow to London Paddington (about 15-20 minutes).
  2. From Paddington, take the Circle or District Line to London Victoria (about 15 minutes).
  3. At London Victoria, board a train to Tonbridge (approximately 50 minutes).
  4. From Tonbridge station, you can take a taxi to Mabledon House, which is around 10-15 minutes away.

National Express Coach:

  1. Check the National Express website for services from Heathrow to Tonbridge.
  2. This might take longer compared to the train but can be more economical.
  3. Once in Tonbridge, you can take a taxi to Mabledon House
